FOOTBALL DEPARTMENT RESTRUCTURE
WEST Perth Football Club CEO David Crute wishes to make the following announcement on some recent staff changes with the club.
Dear Members, Supporters and Sponsors,
It is with genuine regret that I officially inform you that Jamie Ball has made the decision to resign from his position as Football Operations Manager with the West Perth Football Club.
Jamie has been a tireless worker since he started in 2012 and has developed a reputation for honesty, integrity and sincerity in everything he does.
He can be extremely proud of his contribution to the club in a time where we won our first League Premiership since 2003; our first Reserves Premiership since 1954 and first Sandover Medal since Neil Mildenhall in 1993.
Jamie has been a wonderful member of our team and we wish him all the very best in his future endeavours.
In an effort to address the ever increasing workloads in football, we have taken Jamie’s departure as an opportunity to restructure the Football Department. The following changes will occur in the coming weeks:
• Ward Harris has been promoted from Player Development Manager to Football Operations Manager but with a revised role focussing on managing various portfolios.
• Casey Haw will take on the newly created Football Operations Coordinator role fulltime. He will be responsible for all aspects of training and match day operations from Development Squads through to seniors. Currently working in a development role at the WACA, Casey has a strong football and management background.
• Jessica Eddy will take on a part time role as Football Operations Administrator. Jess has a strong marketing, financial and administrational background having worked at the WAFC since 2012.
• Bill Monaghan’s role has been expanded to incorporate a more significant coaching presence in our District and schools.
Please join with me in congratulating Ward on his promotion and in welcoming both Casey and Jess to our team.
David Crute
Chief Executive Officer
