West Perth coach Bill Monaghan is making no excuses for the Falcons' final quarter capitulation against Claremont on the weekend, blaming the loss on his side's inability to match the Tigers' workrate during the last stanza.
The Falcons led by as much as 34 points midway through the third term but fell away badly, as Claremont piled on 5.6 to nothing to run out 14 point victors.
