JUNIOR SUMMER FOOTBALL AT PENTANET STADIUM, JOONDALUP

The West Perth Football Club in Terms 4 (2022) and 1 (2023) will be conducting a new summer football program for all the juniors that need to keep the boots on over the summer period.

Details- Each session will run for 1.5 hours.  A session will consist of 30 minutes of skill development then a 60-minute game. Teams for the game will change each week. The key part of the session will be kids being able to keep “playing” football over summer. All sessions will be run by WPFC staff and players. Each session will be capped at 40 players.

TERM 4

The term will run for 6 Sundays 23^rd October- 27^th November (6 weeks). All sessions will be capped at 40 players. A wait list will be created for those that miss out. The cost per program is $100.00

Session 1 – 800-930 am – (Male) (Birth Year -2013,2012,2011)

Session 2 – 800- 930 am (Female) (Birth Year -2013,2012,2011)

Session 3 – 945-1115 am – 2010,2009,2008 players only (Male)

Terms and Conditions

DEFINED TERMS

In these terms and conditions: WPFC means West Perth football Club ABN 97452 875 210WPFC program means the specialist coaching programs conducted by WPFC Coaches. Participant means the person participating in the WPFC program.

REFUND POLICY

Fees are nonrefundable. In the event of a long-term injury resulting in training needing to cease, refunds will be awarded at our discretion. WPFC will need clarification from a practicing medical practitioner to award a refund.

STATEMENT OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/RELEASE AND CONSENT

I acknowledge that this program involves strenuous physical exercise and physical contact with other participants and that participation in this program is undertaken entirely at my child’s own risk. In consideration of WPFC agreeing for my child to participate in WPFC program, I:(a) acknowledge that WPFC will not be responsible or liable for injury; and(b) to the extent permissible by law, hereby release and discharge WPFC from all responsibility and liability, including liability for negligence for, any injury, loss or damage to personal effects which my child may suffer or incur as a result of my child participating in WPFC training sessions or other activities. In the event of an emergency or non-emergency situation requiring medical treatment, I hereby grant my consent for all medical attention to be administered to my child, in the event of an accidental injury or illness, until such time as I can be contacted. This consent includes, but is not limited to, the administration of first aid and the use of an ambulance I also understand that I am responsible for the costs of such attention. I further acknowledge that if my child has a pre-existing medical condition that requires medication in an emergency, such as EpiPen or Ventolin, it is my sole responsibility that my child carries this medication with them at all times. By making payment and registering for the program I accept and agree with all of the above.

IMAGES

Images used by WPFC over the course of your child’s enrollment / participation with WPFC, your child will appear in photographs and video that feature on our web page, brochure and social media platforms. These will be for formal and activity- based, named and unnamed. I provide permission for images of my child as a participant of WPFC Football Academy to be used in our web page, brochure and social media platforms.

INSURANCE

It is recommended all athletes have private health cover and ambulance cover.
