Members are advised that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the West Perth Football Club, Provident Financial Oval on Tuesday the 23rd of February 2021 at 7:00pm, to transact the business as outlined in the Club's constitution below:
  • To confirm the minutes of the prevoius AGM and any General Meeting that has been held since the previous AGM.
  • To receive the Annual Report and the Report of the Board on the general business undertaken by the Club during the preceding year and the current general state of the Club.
  • To receive the Financial Report of the Club and Auditor's Report for the preceding Financial Year.
  • To declare the result for the election or re-election of the Directors.
  • To appoint or remove an Auditor or Auditors if required.
  • To confirm by Special Resolution, Life Memberships as proposed by the Board and award Life Memberships.
  • To deal with such business as shall be brought forward of which due notice has been given.
Nominations are now called for the following positions:
DIRECTORS – Five (5) required - 4 x 2 year terms and 1 x 1 year term.
Nominations for the above positions must be on the prescribed form and signed by a proposer and seconder who must be current financial members of the Club. Nomination forms are available from the Chief Executive Officer or can downloaded from our website with nominations closing at 5pm on Monday 25th January 2021.
The following directors retire in accordance with the West Perth Football Club Constitution and are eligible for re-election:
Paul Cox (Director)
Adam Myers (Director)
Tracy Gallagher (Director)
Adam Harby (Director)
There is also 1 additional vacant position on the board.
