That for the purpose of the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 (WA), the Constitution of the
West Perth Football Club Inc. (Club) and for all other purposes, the members of the Club
approve the amendment of the Constitution of the Club by replacing it with the Constitution
tabled before this Extraordinary General Meeting.
