Reserves Round 3 Wrap Up

Round 3 saw our Falcons Reserves swoop back from their previous loss to flap their first win on the tally board against Subiaco Lions at Leederville Oval. Our jumpers were freshly sanitised, our limbs were tightly strapped, and the grass on Leederville Oval looked ready to be clobbered by the spikes on our footy boots. And we didn’t disappoint dishing up a clobbering by 39-points.

Rogers Cup Round 3 Wrap Up

Our Round 3 match took us on the road to Leederville Oval to take on Subiaco, with two strong opening games the players we keen to keep the momentum going and they certainly did that and more. Finishing with a 100 point victory after a full four quarter effort, 15.13 (103) to 0.1 (1) to keep the unblemished start intact and level with Peel Thunder.

Season 2021 is under way, this year the WAFLW has been bought forward the season to align with
AFLW season, which certainly seems to be a winner for the spectators as we are seeing really good

Womens Reserves Round 2 Wrap Up

With a bye in the first round West Perth Seniors side were excited to get back on the field for 2021.
7 debutant players took the field for their first time playing Senior Football. 

The rebuilding of the midfield proved to have it's challenges with West Perth struggling to get their hands on the ball early.

West Perth FC rallies to help one of our own. 

The Club held its annual pre-season camp this weekend in York at the Gilba Downs Farm. Devastated by the recent bushfires in January our senior playing group and coaches headed to camp and on a mission to help with the rebuild of Matt and Karly Guadagnin’s farm as well as neighbouring farm owned by Glen and Kay Davies.

Ben King has announced his retirement from the West Perth Football Club after 6 seasons and 68 League Games. The no-nonsense defender was recruited to the Club via Gin Gin FC and debuted in 2014 playing 4 games that season and being a member of the 2014 Reserves Premiership team.
