The West Perth Football Club was saddened recently to learn of the passing of former player Norm Knell. The Falcons family would like to extend their deepest sympathy to Norm's family at this sad time.
Norm played a total of 177 games for the club, culminating in 3 premierships in 1969, 71 and 75. It is a testimony to his ability that he played in such a successful time in the clubs history.
Norm, who was also a life member of the club, was an ardent West Perth supporter, being recently seen at the Garlic Munchers function, celebrating this wonderful evening with former teammates.
Norm made a significant contribution to the proud history of the West Perth Football Club and he will be sadly missed.
