DEAN TAKES FLIGHT FOLLOWING HIS FIRST WAFL GAME

Congratulations to Dean Bartlett who won first prize in the 2014 Major Raffle, drawn at the Breckler Medal earlier this month.

Dean attended his first ever WAFL game, joining us at our Round 19 pre-match President’s Luncheon, where he purchased his lucky raffle ticket.

Originally from the UK, Dean has been in Australia for nine years and is looking forward to meeting his daughter (who still resides in the UK) in Rome after many years apart.

When informed of the great news, Dean was in complete shock and thought he was on the end of a practical joke … “Can I just take this opportunity to thank every single one of you there! I just can’t believe what's happened. The day at the corporate meal was fantastic; such a great day, everybody was so professional and it's just continuing. All I wanted to do was contribute to my local club so I bought a ticket - now this, UNREAL! Thank you again to everyone.”
